All orders placed via our website are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. By clicking the "Buy on Amazon" button, you are redirected to the Amazon marketplace to complete your transaction. Consequently, Amazon’s shipping rates, delivery timelines, and carrier selections apply to your order.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Amazon Prime: If you are an Amazon Prime member, you may be eligible for free Two-Day, One-Day, or Same-Day shipping on qualifying SUNREI products.
  • Standard Shipping: Rates for non-Prime members are calculated by Amazon at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.
  • International Shipping: Availability of international shipping depends on the specific Amazon marketplace and their export policies for lighting products.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Amazon typically processes orders within 24 hours.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, Amazon will provide a tracking number via email and through your Amazon account "Orders" page.
  • Delays: SUNREI is not responsible for delays caused by Amazon’s fulfillment centers, carrier issues, or inclement weather.

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain high-capacity battery products (lithium-ion) may have shipping restrictions to certain regions (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or international territories) due to federal safety regulations regarding the transport of batteries. Amazon will notify you at checkout if an item cannot be shipped to your address.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Since Amazon manages the delivery, any claims for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, or items damaged during transit, must be filed directly through Amazon Customer Service.
