We strive for "Functional Aesthetics." While we aim for 100% accuracy in product imagery and descriptions (including our "No-False" lumen ratings):

  • We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue items without notice.
  • Prices listed on this site are for reference; the final price is determined by Amazon at the time of checkout.


SECTION 3 - SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUNDS 
Because your order is fulfilled via Amazon:

  • Shipping: All shipping estimates, costs, and tracking are managed by Amazon. We are not liable for delivery delays.
  • Returns: All returns must be initiated through your Amazon account under "Your Orders."
  • Refunds: Amazon handles all payment reversals. Please refer to Amazon’s Return Policy for timelines.


SECTION 4 - SUNREI MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Independent of Amazon’s return window, SUNREI provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.


SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including the SUNREI logo, "Functional Aesthetics" branding, product photography, and technical catalogs—is the property of SUNREI and protected by international copyright and patent laws. You may not reproduce or "scrape" our content for commercial use without express written consent.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUNREI and its affiliates (including Shopify) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of products purchased via Amazon. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product under our 2-Year Limited Warranty.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, where SUNREI LLC is headquartered.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SUNREI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with SUNREI. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SUNREI, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SUNREI.
